Framed Finished Cross Stitch Piece - Red with Gray Accents Quilt Block

Handmade Cross Stitch Piece.

This is a beautifully stitched cross stitch piece from an estate auction. It was stitched by Barbara from Ohio and completed in 2007.

The pattern used features a red quilt block with lots of detail and accented with gray colors.  The stitching is completed very nicely and the gray accent stitching is completed with nice details.

The cross stitch piece is made using DMC cotton threads.  It is stitched on white linen and stitched 2 over 2.

The piece of cross stitch art has been professionally framed.  It is in a nice red metal frame that is in nice condition.  It is finished on the back using a hanging wire and white board.  The piece has glass over the front.  

The finished stitched piece is square and measures approximately 9-1/4" from top to bottom and 9-1/4" from side to side.  

The red metal frame measures 1" thick and 1/4" wide.  The framed piece altogether measures 12-1/4" from top to bottom and 12-1/4" from side to side.  As shown in the photographs it comes complete with the hanging hardware and bumpers at the bottom.

This framed cross stitch piece does have glass on the front and will be shipped in a box with plenty of packing material to keep it safe.  

It will come ready to hang on the wall and enjoy.
