Framed Finished Cross Stitch Piece - Small Square Cat Face Yellow Mat

Handmade Cross Stitch Piece.

This is a beautifully stitched cross stitch piece from an estate auction. It was stitched by Barbara from Ohio in 2003.

The pattern used features a brown cat (face only) with stunning yellow eyes and a stitched ornate frame around the face.  

The cross stitch piece is made using DMC cotton threads.  It is stitched on white linen and stitched 2 over 2.

The piece of cross stitch art has been professionally framed.  It is in a classic wood frame that is in nice condition.  It is finished on the back using black paper.  The piece has glass over the front.  

The finished stitched piece is square and measures approximately 6" from top to bottom and 6" from side to side.  

The wood frame measures 3/4" thick and 3/4" wide.  The framed piece altogether measures 8-3/4" from top to bottom and 8-3/4" from side to side.  As shown in the photographs it comes complete with the hanging hardware and bumpers at the bottom.

This framed cross stitch piece does have glass on the front and will be shipped in a box with plenty of packing material to keep it safe.  

It will come ready to hang on the wall and enjoy.
